Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a common medical treatment for a wide range of traumatic, acute and chronic diseases and conditions and can be used to treat all conditions which benefit from increased tissue oxygen availability, as well as certain infections where it can be used for its antibiotic properties, either as the primary therapy, or in conjunction with other drugs or surgery.

While some conditions are successfully treated with mild pressure hyperbaric chambers, others require treatments using high pressures. The length and number of treatments prescribed may vary as well. Please consult your treating physician for an individualized treatment plan.

Conditions* for which Hyperbaric Oxygen is used and has been shown to have beneficial effects include:

* Please consult your treating physician for an individualized treatment plan. Some conditions have shown to require treatments using milder pressure hyperbaric chambers up to 1.3 ATA, while other conditions have shown to require treatments using high pressure. As such the pressure, oxygen concentration, length and number of treatments prescribed may vary from condition to condition. Anyone who wishes to implement any medical regime or therapy intended to prevent or treat a specific disease or condition should first consult with a qualified physician.
